Predefined Protocols

When you start using Optiverse, you’ll find several predefined protocols created by our team to get you started:

• Default Protocol: Provides a detailed overview of the meeting, lists key topics mentioned, and highlights key action items.

• MEDDIC for Sales: Follows the MEDDIC framework, detailing metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, pain points, and competition championing.

• Job Interview Protocol: Tailored for summarizing job interviews.

• Internal Call Protocol: Ideal for summarizing internal team meetings.

  

Customizing and Creating Your Own Protocols

While predefined protocols are a great starting point, the real power of Optiverse lies in the ability to create and customize your own protocols. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Navigate to the Protocols Tab: Click the big plus button to start a new protocol.

2. Title and Description: Give your protocol a meaningful title and description. The description is crucial as it provides pre-meeting context for our AI.

3. Define Sections: You can choose from predefined sections or create custom ones. Each section can be text, a bullet point list, or a simple number.

You can set a default protocol to be used for all your meetings or choose a specific protocol for each meeting. This can be done in the agent settings on your calendar page.

For example, you could have a certain type of protocol that pushes to Hubspot and a different type that pushes to Notion, all automatically, or manually on the recording page through the integration icons after setting it up.
